超声波液位计近年来随处可见,别说安装简便,性价比高,但如果对超声波液位计使用不当,还是会造成不良影响的

1.蒸汽、雾气对超声波液位计影响: 当工作环境温度很高时,液体介质容易产生蒸汽或雾气,由于蒸汽比空气要轻,所以上浮到罐顶部,形成了一层对超声波脉冲有吸收和散射作用的蒸汽层。通过加装静管,可以减少或削弱蒸汽层对测量的影响。

2.泡沫对超声波液位计影响: 在用超声波液位计来测量液位的过程中,经常会遇到泡沫的干扰。泡沫按照属性可以分为:干、湿、中性、重型四种。 干泡沫和湿泡沫能将超声波反射回来,故用超声波液位计来测量无影响;中性泡沫则会吸收和扩散部分超声波,因而会减弱超声波的反射,导致回波不稳定。因此当介质表面为稠而厚的泡沫时,超声波液位计的测量误差会较大,甚至无法测量。 在干扰严重的工况下,超声波液位计可以通过加装静管的办法来屏蔽泡沫的干扰。

3.搅拌对超声波液位计影响: 现场容器常常有搅拌,液体波动比较大,影响超声波液位计的测量;该种情况下可以适当降低搅拌器的转速、或将探头偏离搅拌中心;还可以安装静管,从而有效消除因搅拌器搅拌对液位测量产生的影响湿度传感器探头,不锈钢电热管,PT100传感器,流体电磁阀,铸铝加热器,加热圈。

4.盲区对超声波液位计影响: 超声波液位计的盲区,就如同人的眼睛一样,盲区是当物体离眼睛非常近的时候,反而看不清楚,这一段距离叫作盲区。超声波液位计的盲区,根据量程的不同而不同。量程小,则盲区小,量程大,则盲区大。所以要求测量的比较高液位不得高于超声波液位计的盲区。

5.压力和温度对超声波液位计影响: 首先,声速在真空下无法传播,而超声波的本质是一种声波,且属于机械波,故它也不能在真空中传播。 其次,是温度,虽然超声波液位计的参数汇总有比较大压力值,但是随着温度的升高,该比较大压力值会相应减小,所以在选型的时候要注意此参数。

Dry foam and wet foam can reflect ultrasonic back, so there is no influence to measure with ultrasonic level gauge; Neutral foam absorbs and diffuses part of the ultrasonic wave, thus weakening the reflection of the ultrasonic wave, resulting in an unstable echo. Therefore, when the surface of the medium is thick and thick foam, the measurement error of the ultrasonic level meter will be larger, or even can not be measured. Under the condition of serious interference, ultrasonic level meter can be installed static pipe to shield the interference of foam.

3. Stirring effect on ultrasonic level meter: there is often stirring in the field container, liquid fluctuation is relatively large, affecting the measurement of ultrasonic level meter; In this case, the speed of agitator can be appropriately reduced or the probe can be deviated from the stirring center; Also can be installed static tube, so as to effectively eliminate the impact of agitator stirring on the level measurement humidity sensor probe, stainless steel electric heat pipe,PT100 sensor, fluid solenoid valve, cast aluminum heater, heating ring.

4. Blind area on ultrasonic level meter: the blind area of ultrasonic level meter, just like people's eyes, blind area is when the object is very close to the eye, but can not see clearly, this distance is called the blind area. The blind area of ultrasonic level meter is different according to the range. When the range is small, the blind area is small; when the range is large, the blind area is large. Therefore, the highest level required to be measured shall not be higher than the blind area of ultrasonic level meter.

5 pressure and temperature on the impact of ultrasonic level gauge: first of all, the speed of sound in vacuum can not spread, and the essence of ultrasonic is a kind of sound wave, and belongs to the mechanical wave, so it can not spread in vacuum.
